Every DevMountain bootcamp is meticulously designed to give trainees the best possible chance of succeeding in their chosen area of expertise. Our 4-week immersive Salesforce Development bootcamp will prepare you with all of the skills needed to become a competitive candidate for junior-level Salesforce Developer and Salesforce Administrator jobs. The bootcamp consists of instructor lectures, guest lectures, guided projects, individual projects, group projects, and real projects with corporate clients. To give you the best experience possible, students will work collaboratively with our experienced staff, including the lead instructor and mentors throughout the course.
In the Salesforce development bootcamp, you will learn how to develop in SFDC using Apex, Visualforce, and the new Salesforce Lightning framework. By the end of this course you will have an understanding of how the Salesforce platform works, and receive insight into tried and true methods that are used to tackle common business problems. We will provide you with the skills, direction, and resources you will need to make your way in the industry.
In our SFDC bootcamp, you will be able to plug yourself into a culture of creating, building, and achieving success with like minded people. DevMountain is staffed by expert faculty who love sharing their craft, and are constantly empowering the next wave of SDFC experts, with enthusiasm and advanced knowledge.
Established Salesforce Developers, alumni, and industry experts will all get involved in your education. That makes for a perfect combination of mentors who know you inside and out, and who can help to guide your progress along this journey
You will also get the opportunity to work on real Salesforce projects with real development teams. DevMountain has partnered with local companies to get you real, hands on Salesforce coding and development experience.
We care about your education while you are at the Salesforce development bootcamp, but we also care about you having a successful career beyond DevMountain. That is why our immersive SFDC classes are equipped with on-campus career guidance counselors. These counselors will work face-to-face with you throughout your education, to get you ready for a successful career in code. Among other things, they will help you in the following.
You will be able to build your resume and portfolio with help from our experienced career coaching team. Together, you will work face-to-face to develop a job search plan that works best for your specific needs and skill set.
Our counselors will work with you to find the perfect job to kickstart your career. You’ll go through mock interviews and be coached until you are ready to ace your first interview as a developer.
As a DevMountain alumnus, you’ll get lifetime access to our exclusive “Meet n’ Hire” events. At these events you will be able to network and make connections with employers, most of whom are looking to potentially hire awesome new developers — with training in Salesforce coding — like you.

Many mentors live in DevMountain housing and stay on campus around the clock. Campus is open to mentors, employees, instructors, and of course students all day everyday!
Did someone say free housing? Yes. All full-time students can take advantage of DevMountain's free housing, available on a first come first serve basis. Housing is provided during your time in our program. No other code bootcamp offers anything like it.
A DevMountain bootcamp covers all the bases. At this bootcamp, you’ll get an overview of everything that SFDC can do out of the box: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Community Cloud, Chatter, Knowledge, record types, report building, and security. You will also learn how to create objects and fields, page layouts, and list views.
At the Salesforce development bootcamp, we will give you a solid overview of all the declarative development tools built into Salesforce – as well as making sure that you know all of the pros and cons for each one. The declarative tools that we will cover include: workflow rules, process builders, flows, approval process, and web-to-lead.
At the bootcamp, you will also become familiar with SOQL (Salesforce Object Query Language). This will allow you to learn how to build queries in order to pull useful information from the Salesforce database.
Become confident in Apex hosting. You will start learning Apex, Salesforce’s object-oriented programming language, by first learning about object-oriented programming and how to create triggers. Then you can develop more advanced Apex hosting skills in bulkification, test classes, and integrations.
We’ll also teach you how to use Salesforce Lightning and the Lightning Component Framework. In this course, you will learn about componentized architecture, eventing, and how to build lightning components.
It is one thing to learn the fundamentals of Salesforce coding, but in order to be ready for the world of work, you have to be able to know how to put it into practice. The developers who are best placed to enter the workforce will be the ones who have some tangible, hands on experience.
That is why one of the most unique things about this DevMountain course is that we’ve worked with corporations to give our students the opportunity to work on actual Salesforce projects. This prepares our students with meaningful real-world know-how, as well as experience working with a development team, and the perfect opportunity to test and sharpen their SFDC skills.
DevMountain's expert instructors are passionate about sharing their craft and empowering the next wave of programmers, entrepreneurs, and designers.
